 In this class the teacher clarified us, about some doubts, relative to some commands and to the individual work.

AUTOCAD In this class we learn the different types of EXTRUDE, the LOFT, and EDGESURF. We started by creating a random shape, and then we did different types of Extrude, the first one was "normal", that is perpendicular to the base. The second one, is the DIRECTION method of the Extrude, that is defined by 2 points. The third one, is the PATH , which follows a shape, circular, quadrangular, etc . And the forth one, is the TAPER ANGLE , the angle is given by us. We learn too, that we could Extrude line, so we draw a semi-circle, and did the perpendicular EXTRUDE . We also draw 2 circles, one smaller than the other, and use SUBTRACT , to remove the small one. We did another circle, insert it in the other two, and SUBTRACT the last one made. Cone and Sections - 17/03/2020

AUTOCAD In this class we learn how to do sections in a 3D object, in this case, 2 cones. First, we started by creating a cone, using CONE , then we used SHADE  to turn the object uniform, then to give it thickness we copied that same cone and moved some units down. After that we used 3DMIRROR and placed another cone, at the vertex of the previous one. Then we created 1 plan, with PLINE , and HATCH to color it, with 45 units of transparency and copied more 4 times, and we used 2 different methods to rotate the plans. The first method we used was  3DROTATE , and the second,  ROTATE3D , which are different ways, but we get the same goal.  Planes made, we use SECTION to make the different sections. Since we can't turn the sections into objects, we need to EXPLODE them. After that, we can turn them into 3D objects, and do the same proccedure as the parabolic surface.

Platonic Solids - 24/03/2020

AUTOCAD   In this class we learn how to do 5 platonic solids. The first platonic that we did, was a Tetrahedron . We started by drawing an equilateral triangle. Then by doing 3 circles, using CIRCLE , we found the sides and we colored the 4 faces with HATCH , and by doing this we have the planification of the solid. To find the right hight, we draw a line in the base of the center triangle, and then a circle, that goes from the bottom of a triangle, to a the top. Made this, we are going to rotate the circle, in a 90º angle, by using 3DROTATE. And we are going to pull one side up, using ALIGN . As all sides are equal, we can use 3DARRAY , and we choose 3 sides, that is going to produce our final solid. The second solid that we started to plan, was a Hexahedron . The plan of this solid, is equal to a cube. So we start by drawing a square, and add more 5 faces, and we color it. After that we use 3DROTATE ,...
